Hi ive got a SC ecu with a Sti chip in it, I bought 2 Impreza Sti's and one has a 6K Ecu which I believe is 280Bhp but the other had this Ecu, I know the SC Ecu should be about 260bhp but is the chip standard or not? If not does anyone know much about the chip? Cheers

 

 

the 6k ecu is a good one its 275 ps. the sc ecu with chip is the same map as a z4 ecu so not much value than a z4. its 260ps

 

Hi thanks for the reply, the one im putting on road had the 6k ecu in it already, so will stick with that one. I had read the SC was same as the Z4 but wasn't sure if it was the same with the chip or not, but now I know it makes it easier.
