The engine is a forged 2.5 running a VF48 at the moment 740cc injectors, Harvey tubular headers and up pipe, full 3" decat exhaust. 1.2-1.25bar boost.Autronic ECU

Graphs not very pretty lots to be improved, why such low boost you can run about 1.6 bar mid range on the VF48 which would get you a nice 400 ft lbs.
The early spike looks to be due to the afr spike as boost is not contributing.
Are you running a top mount or front mount intercooler.
Boost dropping to 1 bar is typical for the VF48 on a 2.5 litre the turbo cannot keep up with the engines air flow demand.
cheers

When I was getting the car road mapped I was happy to leave the boost at that level as the car felt good to drive also still running a 5 speed.
Using a front mounted Intercooler at the minute. What do you mean by spike in afr?Where the torque spikes at roughly 3k rpm and the afr goes rich from 11.5 to 11??
