can the idle control valve be cleaned on the car? wondering if this has something to do with my lumpy tickover

From: 10.68 QT mile in 2007 2.33 Type R ** Current 2002 Spec C 2.33 Track prepped.
It can be cleaned yes, but not usually the cause of a lumpy idle. You have a cell code for this ?
