Question re: alcatek mapper in North West.

Hi All... it's been a while!

Any recommendations on who is still mapping Alcatek ECUs - preferably in the North West - Lancs or North Yorkshire.
i'm based 10miles from Clitheroe, I'm willing to travel a bit but not the length of the country.

It's on an 03 sti 2.1 built by Engine Tuner originally - it is going to need a bit of other work, some I'll do myself, but it would be useful to use the same garage as the mapper for some of it.
The car hasn't been mapped since Simon Roe (JGM) passed away and the maps are still locked to him.

PS: is it time to just ditch the Alcatek?
If so anyone moved from Alcatek to another multi-map ECU - what are the issues and again any recommendations?

Thanks.

M

Andy Carr. He's about 40 miles from you but will probably travel.

Have you tried Cotton Comp in Garstang? I think he uses a mapping software, although I can't recall which one. If you want to ditch the software, speak to Brian at Cams in Darwen.
Good luck
