Hi!
Is there a fuel cut switch on Gc8 -99 (GT) ?
My fuelpump is not running but the fuses and relays are working, the pump works with direkt power.
When i turn on the ignition the car won't start but the enginefans start running.
Maybe there is a inertia Switch somewhere?

 

Have you been under the dashboard recently? If you have inadvertently connected the 2 green connectors together the car will be in test mode, (check engine light will be illuminated) that would make your cooling fans come on when you turn the ignition key.

If it's not that, check the multi plug wiring connector to the fuel pump located under the rear seat, it's a known issue.
