Are you editing the logs before you post them up? You last log file jumps from 100kms @2600rpm down to 54 the jumps back to 116?
Also try logging less parameters as it slows down the sample rate and you're logging stuff you don't need to.

on the lightweight flywheel you may have to bring the fuel in a little sooner when coasting down. there's a table for it so if you find the car stalling coming up to junctions then try bringing the fuel in a few hundred RPM sooner and it should help.

180ish miles on the clutch now. My wideband seems to be failing . Need to get the fmic hooked on still.

Few more bedding in miles then can drive a lil harder.

Have you tried a free air calibration with the wideband?

How new is the sensor?
iirc you are running the wideband in the narrowband location just after the turbo?
I was told they die faster there,I have mine lower down, lasted ages and would probably still be going strong if I'd not smashed into the wires while I was under the car!

I had a flange welded on the new downpipe, although the welder put that spike remover on the battery, im blaming it on the welding.

I will also get a bosch 17025 which is the bosch lsu 4.9 part no this will cost 78ish quid and come with 1 year guarantee.

Nice one, where you buying the lsu4.9 from? I need one as well,I didn't think you would get a warranty with an o2 sensor.

Can get one from eurocarparts via my mechanic friend (80ish).

Or from amazon

https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00BL6M5T6

Or save a few more buck from flubit (basically amazon aswell)

https://flubit.com/shop/p/FLJZYWYY4?utm_source=Google&utm_medium=shopping&ut m_campaign=Lab%20%20%7C%20Shopping%20%7C%20No%20Ne gatives&gclid=CjwKCAjwssvPBRBBEiwASFoVdza9K7YCMSvs J29c2pZWQezpfJvolsQGGM1glfq-Bg42csVnHZnX7BoCXmYQAvD_BwE

Obviously aem will deny its the same sensor, but people use this and have said its a slightly higher quality compared to the aem.

Last thing is do u need a 4.9 or 4.2

These all comes with 1 year warantee and they can give it but aem or innovate cant. Its quite annoying.

it can look the best but you won't know for sure until you run it on the car and make some logs. If you want to post the whole map file with some logs I'll have a look over?

for what it's worth, best place i've found for sensors is:
https://www.fuelperformance.co.uk/

Fantastic service, top speed delivery i've ordered stuph at 2am and it's been in the post at 7 the next morning the dood doesn't f**k about.

Ossett - consider going for the LSU 4.2 sensor and cable, they will take a lot more of a kicking than the 4.9's your innovate should be able to switch between the two using the LMprogrammer software.

hamzi95 - you have a log to go with this supermap?

No superlog 😂 but the car was so sluggish with supermap that i evloved supermap more.

When i get some money, gonna get a 4.9 with warantee and get my hands on a phormula ks3

don't kid yourself into thinking that "with warranty" will result in a free sensor, there's no chance of anyone covering you for a new sensor as it will be "oil contaminated" or "user error" or "water damage" etc. just accept that the sensor needs to be cared for and babied and eventually replaced.

what is the full spec of your car anyway?

If its brought through euro pretty much sure they will cover, especially when brought via a garage.

There was no oil on this one, there was the finest layer of black soot but thats normal i think.

U need to realise i had this sensor installed for less than 1k miles. Was installed at the correct angle further down the downpipe. With the supplied bung. It was fine untill i got the welding done.

I just want my sensor to last 1 year.

Spec
V4 uk heads
V5/6 bottom
mated with cometic gaskets.

Exedy pink box and lightweight flywheel.

Hks hi power ti exhaust system with 3" decat. Mated to a vf23 which is mated to syms teams racing 4-2-1 headers (one peice design)

Kn cone filter, orange maf, 3 port boost solenoid.

Aem xseries uego alongside a esl ecu.

Thats everything as far as engine wise.

no fuel pump? really it doesn't matter if you've done 5 miles or 50'000 miles I can't see there ever being a warranty claim on it unless it's DOA but maybe you'll be lucky!

so latest issue.
my baro pressure is reading 2bar with engine off or on dosent move. before the clutch swap this was fine.

ive swapped the map sensor and the other thing (barrel looking thing with two vac ports :/) with spares. i also rechecked all vac hoses for any leaks.

weird thing is. it even reads 2 bar with both sensors disconnected. if i disconnect the map sensor when the engine is running it stalls and i get a CEL.

did i fry something in the ecu during the clutch/turbo swap :/?

checked connectors for rust and frayed cables but all good!
