hey guys its been a while,
just wondering would a carberry flash overwrite ecutek or have ecutek completely bricked my ecu to any other tuning methods?
to say im annoyed that im locked out of my own ecu is a understatement, why would i want to copy there map its bespoke to my set up so no good to anyone else, so ecutecks reasons for locking seem a bit lame to me. You dont see alientech or dimsport locking peoples ecu without prior warning.

dont they just lock the map so no other tuner can steal the origonal tuners work? im sure you would just reflash with the carberry software and start from scratch?

Can buy ecuedit admin edition and read from a locked ecutek car.

they lock the full ecu so the free software that you use for carberry wont work.

You can pay for ones that bypass this lock tho.
