Default Engine performance

I want to upgrade my car and wanted some pointers what i can do and where. Still trying to find what is putting engine managment light on' put new cam sensor still not sorted and also put more earth's from battery

plug the laptop in and read the codes/do some diagnostic to find out why the lights coming on would be step one. Randomly throwing parts at it isn't the way to go you'll only end up poorer for it. It's hard to recommend upgrades without knowing what kind of car it is but if you pick your model from the andy forrest page there's a few good pointers there on what you should be buying once the problems are sorted:

Just tried that link it no longer there . Thanks for info im going to get garage to read fault codes today see what turns up i got a hunch it the n.p.s

Would help if you put a little detail about your car up, like year, model etc.

Its a 2001 uk 300 prodrive not had it long just finding out what ots got and what needs sorting.

Cool. In which case a standard ODB2 reader should read your fault codes just fine. Even the cheap ELM327 Bluetooth adaptors from ebay (£3) and the free torque lite app should do it.
