Unhappy 99 turbo wagon - 4-5k flat spot

Hi there. I seem to be having a flatspot between 4k and 5k most noticeably in 4th & 5th but im also feeling it in 3rd now, only noticed it yesterday evening around 110mph in 5th, so it seems to have developed recently (could be wrong) Boost is 1.1-1.2 bar settling to 1 bar in 4th @ WOT -

Just had new pfr6's gapped to 0.65 and new fuel filter. No codes showing. Other than that it runs great.

It has a full ninja turboback system and supposedly an uprated fuel pump and remapped (havent looked at pump yet, not had it long)

Can anyone suggest anything? Thanks alot.

My suggestion is take it easy until you get it checked out by a reputable mapper.

Hi guys, thanks for the replys, gearbox oil would of been done last year as the box was rebuilt, I did a "battery off" ECU reset and the flatspot dissapeared, is there any harm in doing periodic ECU resets as appose to not? Cheers.
