hi I just spoke to the bloke who normally maps my cars and asked if he could map my jdm 03 sti on the standard ecu , he said he dint know as that year might be to early and said I may need a haltec does anyone know if he could just map the standard ecu so I don't have to pay out on a new one thanks

 

You're bloke don't deserve to touch car if that's his reply.
Yes yours can be mapped on opensource, ecutek or carberry etc.
