Frequently on starting engine it seems to fire up on only one or two cylinders and after a few seconds comes in on all 4.
Usually it's later on in the day after its been driven in the morning and also when you car has not been used for a couple of days.
what grade plugs are you running, could be if your running colder plugs the they aren't being cleaned on the morning drive (if the car isn't seeing much boost) so makes it a little harder to start.

4 miles to work, that wont be doing it any good plugs will be sooting up to hell as its going to be running very rich until warm which it wont get doing they miles.
