Starter problem
Don't know if this in the right place
Ave been noticing on a couple of cold morning that when I first start my wrx , after the engine has fired up it sounds like the starter is still running for a split second , like its sticking on or I'm still turning the key in the ignition which I'm not , is the starter on its way out or is it something else .?

Could be a fault relay or ignition switch causing it to over run.
Give the switch a clean and try a new relay before looking at the motor
