Default eml po365 help

Hi all
recently my eml light came on for a second or two, car drives fine and it hasnt returned but as im plannig a remap soon i thought i better investigate now rather than having trouble during remap. Car is jdm blob sti, code p0365 circuit b bank1, from searching i believe its the rear cam sensor by turbo, is this correct?
Thanks
Luke

fair enough, I wondered if the multi plug mentioned may have been worth a look and clean up.
