Ticking from drivers side (RHD) Head.

Ticking from drivers side (RHD) Head.
Hey fella's/
After getting the motor together and running (still rich) there was a ticking that went away and then came after a quick test drive. Ordered a new HLA but I was wondering were you could find the Subaru service procedure for this? Looked through a FSM but could find it, no ctrl+f lol.
Also leaking oil from that head and it was diagnoised to be the cam seals even though they were replaced with the HG so got a set too.
