Can an ECUTEK map be altered??
Hi all,
I have a 2007 2.5 STi which was remapped by Scoobyworks using an ECUTEK map a fair few years back. The car runs and pulls brilliantly and flawlessly and made 350hp on the dyno which is with a full 3" turbo back fully decatted stainless exhaust! HKS R-Suction intake, HKS SSQV BOV and a Walbro 255lph fuel pump.
I quite fancy launch control and auto blip built in to the map so my question is can this just be added or does it need a whole new map?
Thanks in advance

If your engine is standard forget about Race Rom, the auto blip is the only "safe" feature
yes the ecu can be adjusted but Duncan will have to map it again from scratch as would I since its not possible to read another EcuTek dealers work.
Any feature that uses a rev limit of any sort will potentially crack a piston for you

Racerom is the ECUtek name for all the added special features they can put into a standard ECU:
