hi guys just a quick question.....

what advantages can I get from going with an Ecutek ecu?

found one with license for sale and was just wondering if i were to buy it would it
A) fit my GT
B) what advantages would it get ie, antilag switchable maps, MAFless, launch control and so on?
C) who here in Ireland can map it if i do take the plunge??

Just a different mapping software. Does have developer support, where as open source doesnt.

 

Even if you buy the ecu you'll need it mapped to your car and setup. What's the car and full spec?

A) fit my GT - depends on what year and model

B) what advantages would it get ie, antilag switchable maps, MAFless, launch control and so on? - again depending on what year the car is will give you different features. You could just buy a licence for your current ecu. You would only have to have the ecu in question remapped to suit your car and alterations anyway, it wouldn't be a case of plug and play happy days.

C) who here in Ireland can map it if i do take the plunge?? Bob Rawle comes out and does a bit over there, maybe speak with David Murray as I know he has dealings with Bob.
