Hi folks,

Just a quick question, Im importing a 1999 2 door JDM sti and collecting it next month. Obviously the car will be a JDM ecu and map so how dangerous is it running on UK fuel until I get it mapped? I have to drive the car from England, get the ferry and return to Northern Ireland so about 300 miles. After that Ill have time to get it mapped if needed of can I just use super unleaded in it?

Fill it with vpower and stay off boost and should be fine.

 

Thanks!! I think the best we have in and around Belfast is 97 Oct BP, no V-Power Im afraid!! Ill have to try and get some octane booster I guess and book in for a map!
