fase 2 shortbock with fase 1.5 heads?

fase 2 shortbock with fase 1.5 heads?
hello you guys,
i am building a 97 jdm sti. but now i got some other parts and bits. i have bought a impreza with, acl, pauter rods, wiseco pistons,etc. but now i want to switch the heads from my phase 1.5 sti on the build phase 2 shortblock. do you think it is easy to do because i heard a lot about compression that change's.
also if i use the phase 1 heads with phase 1 manifold, would a phase 2 ecu work with the manifold and throttle body?
you probarly think why would he do that well, the phase 2 engine is GTT (like uk turbo) with 7k rpm heads and i want the high RPM heads from the sti.
