Default Exhaust downpipe question

Hi, I recently fitted a de-resonated cat back ninja 2 system to my completely standard 05 impreza sti. Want to get it ready for the next stage before goes in for remap.
I want to replace the downpipe with a ninja sports cat and decat the straight section. Will I have problems passing the m.o.t. thow?

More of a chance if you map for the downpipe but a 100 cel sports cat will be pushing things close, get it red hot before the test!
