Default VF34 or VF35 turbo?

I have just picked up a blob eye wrx turbo and looking to change the turbo. Only mod it had done to it was a full decat exhaust and cold air intake. I'm not sure which turbo will be the best to go for, the vf34 or vf35? what will be the main difference between them and which one would you all reccommend? I will be putting in sit pink injectors, uprated fuel pump and sti intercooler to get the best out of it. From my understanding both the turbos will be a straight swap to my standard turbo, please correct me if i'm wrong on this.

general consensus should be VF35.
Those bits (with a remap) should see around 330-340 on good fuel

the VF34 was the turbo of choice when I upgraded my wrx 7years ago, it gives slightly more top end than the 35 and is ball bearing over the sleaved 35.
The 35 was popular as there were more good used one's around from STI owners upgrading from stock to the MD/SC ranges.

Thinking of going for the vf35. Very hard to source a vf34 as haven't seen any for sale. Is it a DIY job that i can do myself. Do i just need to buy new seals to go along or is there anything else needed for the swap?
