Cobra decat sytem, induction kit and remap the engine still very strong as not even done 50k yet what sort of bhp figures could I expect from a map? Cheers in advance Andy

Standard TD04 turbo and your fuel choice are the limiting factors to power increase.

You would normally expect to see 270-280hp when mapped on 99RON fuel

Best mod besides what you have done already and the intended map, is change the uppipe for a decat one with a tight internal diam. Don't be tempted by 3" etc as bigger is not better on the standard turbo and exhaust that you have opted for. On a Sports cat set up with decat uppipe on a TD04 I got 270/270 The torque being the important gains IMHO

Can normally get 1.1-1.2bar on the standard 2port which is enough for 270-280. But a 3port wont hurt. You can gain torque running more boost but it depends on the individual car as the td04 wont hold boost at high rpm so you can lose hp with higher boost due to heat.
