Question New Scooby Owner in Norfolk

Became the proud owner of 03 Blobeye a few weeks ago and wondered if any members were based in Norfolk?

Cool, I'm actually in a village called Watlington between King's Lynn and Downham Market. Do you get to any meets in the Norfolk area?

Just got back from Scooby Clinic who checked it all over, serviced it, fitted a new dump valve and did a power run on the dyno. I love it to bits and looking forward to putting a few little bits right where the previous owner had bodged some work but otherwise it great!

Yep, put 2 pic's on last night. I only got the car in October so wasn't me. Mines fairly distinctive as it has the Morette headlight conversion. The front splitters is off at the moment so I can repair the fixing points.

Off into town this morning so I can show the wife how the dump valve is working compared to the Bailey one so if your out and about, may see you.

Bee good to meet up sometime. Tea and coffee always available here!

Perhaps we need to get some more Norfolk owners to come forward. Just looked at your pics and if I was going to get a Classic, yours looks like the one to have!

If your out and about and want to call in for a tea/coffee and a chat let me know.

I've a few mates in Watlington so if I'm over that way I'll keep my eyes peeled...

I'm not far from Matt, however not currently got my Scooby on the road...

I keep seeing a very smart looking Hawkeye in Blue around Wisbech - saw it again this morning...

Mines all tucked up in the garage. Wheels off and delivered today for minor refurb and powder coating. Need to get it over to Norwich for remap as not happy with scooby clinic dyno result showing it running way too lean under boost.

Maddog, if your going for a remap, contact Duncan at Racedynamix, he comes to you and i think it runs 300. that is my plan for when i get back. He is a member on here. Also, great looking classic Matt

Spoke to Duncan yesterday and emailed dyno charts over. Now just waiting to arrange a mutually convenient date. I found him really helpful and your the second person to recommend him. I'll let you know how I get on when he's sorted it. He did email back and said it's fueling and didn't mention anything else on the graph so hoping it just requires a tweak.

See you next week chap - running 12.7:1 fueling on boost is probably why it made 350 - but also possibly why the previous engine issues

Will confirm date to you later

Adz ... is that you from SC years ago ?

Sounded glorious from memory...

I've also seen a facelift Classic in Silver burbling around town centre a few times...

Had issues with alternator, then wheels away for refurb and powder coating, then not used due to poor afr and now wanting to play but weathers crap and salt going down on the road so won't be out much now
