Default PPP Installers

anyone know of a decent place to get the PPP Pack installed?
around the colchester area

i know its prob going to be cheaper/better to get it properly mapped
but im wondering if going the ppp route will be more insure/resell friendly

You'd better off getting a proper map - perhaps adding a couple of choice modifications at the same time.

Give Duncan at Racedynamix a call - he'll sort you out. Absolute top bloke and really knows his stuff

Waste of money ! You get a reflash (Mmmm generic), backbox (lame), y-pipe (whoop de doo), short pipe decat (at last something worth buying)...

PPP will add negligible value to your car out of manufacturers warranty.

Get the short pipe (£100) and STi BackBox (peanuts) and a remap.

Trust me

i have a Hawkeye sti, so i assume i have the sti backbox heh

When they remap do you have to purchase a new ecu, or a daughterboard or anything ?

or can they just map the current ecu?

on the CTR i used to have you had to buy a k100 or Kpro and 700quid etc before you could remap ;/

Hi they can just map the current ecu, and it will be specifically for your car and get the best out of it.

+ 1 for Duncan (race dynamix). Mapped my 06 wrx last year and done a brilliant job and I'm now looking to get the car mapped again with new mods next weekend.

Hth

Cool just decat the short section, keep the downpipe cat and get the existing ECU remapped. Should see 330bhp/350Ftlbs ish IMHO.

And Moley WRX is the daddy at insurance. My cars are heavily modded and it's cheap as chips to insure and it's all declared

Mines with Admiral, and i've just renewed, i foresee a quick shafting if i ask them the price for a slightly modded car \:
originally i was planning on keeping it standard, but it seems rude not to map it :d
