Hi, anyone attempted to repair a leaking rack on a 1999 turbo? I have the rack removed and partially stripped to repair using a new seal kit but can't seem to figure out how to get the rack part out of the actual casing. It looks like a steel tube is clamped/bolted over the alloy casing and will not budge. Any help appreciated ta.
