Wanting one of the two but dont know which is best. I sort of know the differece between the two but more info would be nice. Not to sure if the blow off valve would get on my **** if it was hissing everytime you lift off the throttle.
Any comments?

I though a blow off valve works when you release the throttle and the dump valve works when you dump the clutch but they both make a whooosh noice if there atmospheric

They are one and the same, but there are 3 variations!
VTA - Vent to Atmosphere (makes your car go psstttt)
Recurculating - as fitted at standard
there is also one (cant remeber the make) which does both, once a certain boost level is reached then it will VTA otherwise it recirculates.
