Default clutch slipping

Guys
My clutch has started to slip when i try to give a bit extra power. My question is which clutch would i need for an STI 2003 and someone told me to replace the flywheel at the same time, would that be true?
What cost would i be looking at for spare parts and does anyone have a rough idea how much the labour cost would be (an average) to do the work.
Cheers in advance
Wayne

you dont need to replace the flywheel but it wont hurt having it skimmed

speak with alyn @ asperformance for the clutch, exedy pink-box anti judder is what you want

as for labour i would guess around £120-£200 depending where you go
