Default will p1 gearbox n diff fit uk2000 turbo

Im buying new p1 gearbox n diff next weekend but is there anything else I need or is it a direct swap?

Yes they will fit. I'm not sure what diff you have but you may need the shafts too.

Direct swap, I recently put a type r dccd gearbox in my impreza turbo, the back diff on mine was a R160 not the bigger R180 so I used a R160 4.4cwp which was a straight swap

the P1 is a straight swap as it still uses an R160 rear diff............

as for the Type-R then as std the rear diff is an R180 and this does NOT swap straight into a std WRX/UK car as you require the matching hubs/shafts also - you may fit a P1/STi R160 4.44 rear diff to match the box ratio to sort more easily

Yeah got p1 diff as well 4.444 ratio all getting fitted saturday cheers ppl
