I've got an MY96 Sport with 115,000 miles on the clock and still going strong <touches wood>.

Since I've had it ( for 30k ) I've used fully synthetic oil.
I was just wondering, given the mileage, whether it was time I change to a different oil?

I remember the old Halford's oil cans suggesting that one oil they sold was good for older engines and another was good for high performance.

So, where does my engine fit in these categories and what oil is best?

Pete
