I am interested in increasing the power and spec of my scoob. Is there anyone in devon/cornwall who has some good experience of doing this safely and properly?

alternatively can anyone recommend a good garage for this?

I would suggest that you choose a tuner based on competence and professionalism rather than by proximity to yourself. Unfortunately, finding a tuner who exhibits genuine competence is not as easy as it should be. From my own personal expirience, I would suggest that Bob Rawle of BRDevelopments would well worth talking too, unfortunately he's based in the Swindon area!
