Running WRX 01 PPP without UP for a while...

Hi experts!
I will have probably to run my car for a while with only the original DP. What do you think the problems of running such combination would be? What's a very safe margin of miles I can run the car without compromising reliability ( if the previous point generates problems, of course)?
