When driving normal the gearknob moves when on trottle and when coming off, it in every gear, is it sign of gearbox going, it poped out 3rd twice as well. Someone said rear gearbox mount can cause this also, it going back to garage that i bought it off(thank god for warranty) to be repaired.

can be really hard to put into gear sometimes!

well it will need taking apart, if its jumping out of gear.
