Can someone tell me the minimum temp oil should be before you drive energetically(?80).Also what is the highest it should get to before you start worrying

 

From advice I've recieved in the past I don't take it above 3000rpm until it's at 80degC. Up until yesterday I had an MY00 running a real 1.0 bar and with the undertray on (including on track), I have never seen more than 110 degC. I've heard that 120degC is probably as high as it should safely go.
