When the engine off the needle sits where it should (Neutral), when I turn the motor on the needle drops to just above -.5 bar and when I try and throttle her the needle goes up to just under +.5 bar, not sure what's going on with this thing.
HELP PLEASE!!!!

Check the hoses around the Wastegate, clean up the solenoid,
sounds like you're running on the Wastegate spring only.
Some hose must be off, or leaking badly.
In case you've removed your restrictor, or changed hoses without knowing there is a restrictor, just between the T outlet and Wastegate --another option.
Check the connections to and from the Intercooler, might be a leak there also.
