I've been following (trying to!) all the interesting stuff on this section for a while now - all the stuff on Dawes, TEK1/2/3's ,etc and I'm still finding it tricky to work out what everything means and where it all goes
I'm more than happy to put the time into creating a new web site where all this stuff can be collated for anybody wanting to start down the modding trail (as the SIDC faq is soooo out of date).
Whilst I'm happy getting the domain and creating/hosting the site I would need some help on putting together what all the technical terms/parts mean.
Do people feel that such a site would be worth while?
Richard.

A good idea but I think would be very similar to the "Sticky fAQ" thread that John Felstead is supposed to be creating.
The other trouble is, if someone is going to write a kind of "these are good mods you can do to your car page", then it'll probably be biased by the person who writes it.
Perhaps part of the FAQ/Sticky Thread thing could list the mods that people recommend?

It could be done on a factual basis (i.e. what the bits are) and not on a 'these are good'/'here are my thoughts' basis.
A sticky thread would also be good - I did find the one that John Banks did for the Dawes good.
