gearbox/diff oil

hi my mate has just got a 2003 wrx sti prodrive and is about to change gearbox and rear diff oil and i was wondring what grades he should be using also how much he will be needing

2003 sti is showing on autodata as 75/90 synthetic 4.1 litres gearbox
rear diff 75/90 synthetic 0.9 - 1.1
