Default recomended manual transmission oil

Hi guys i now i now it was hundred times about tranny oil but i just wanna now which manual tranny oil will be the best for my 2002 wrx bug eye.Car is standart same as a gearbox.Need to be semi or full synthetic,gearbox now running smoyh no crunches etc.please any advise thanks

It needs to be a 75w-90 GL5 oil

If you want to go for the best, the Millers CRX 75w-90 NT, Motul Gear 300, Gulf Competition, Redline 75w-90 GL5 and Millers TRX are ideal for the gearbox. The Castrol Universal, Motul Motylgear and Fuchs Gear Syn are all decent alternatives.
