Car is an 03 sti spec c with the 6 speed box.
Clutch is an exedy paddle thats been on for the last 3k miles.

What is happening is when the handbrake is on you cannot get into any gear , then once you take the handbrake off Im now having to press the clutch 3 times before it gets into gear.

Once this is done its fine, drives fine, the gear changes are all fine then you park it up, put the handbrake on and its back to square one.
why would it do this?


all the gear oils were done about 3k ago , checked the front and it looks nice and clean and is at the correct level.

The only other thing that I noticed is after having the disk brakes changed recently the handbrake has to be pulled very high or it wont hold the car.

any ideas?

 

Sounds like the clutch needs bleeding.
