Got my engine up and running the other day and was wondering what the standard boost pressure should be for a scooby motor?

The engines out of a 1993 impreza, that's about all I know really, had it running and from the boost gauge in the car it seems to boost to about 11PSI.

That reading was taken with the car in neutral just sitting in the garage. :-/

Any help will be well appreciated.
