1: Does the F1 Stage3 clutch + flywheel from a 6-speed fits into my WRX STi 5-speed from 1995 GC8?

2: Does anyone know if my block is a closed deck, semi ore open deck?

6 speed won't fit 5 speed, no.

If that engine code is for an EU turbo/GT its open deck.
