ECU Fault 32 - Oxygen Sensor

Hi,
Last week I posted that my Check-Engine light came n for the 1st time in over 2yrs. I stopped the car, switched off, then restarted her and since then it's not re-appeared.
I did the Diagnostics on the ECU and discovered the 32 - Oxygen Sensor code.
It happened nearly 12hrs after fitting a new back box and about 50-miles of driving during the day.
Can anyone explain what would have caused the error code? Is the ECU adjusting to the new Back Box (STI one)?
