Problems with car not starting (again). What could it be?
#1
Had this problem after short journeys a while back and turned out to be the crank sensor, after doing ECU test. Replaced and all was well.
Problem has returned now but happens from cold. Someone suggested replacing the battery. Did this yesterday but failed to start today - just turned over and didn't fire up.
GF suggested giving it a bit of gas the second time and lo and behold it started. I NEVER have to use any gas usually for it to start. Car was parked two wheels up on the kurb a couple of times this happened and I wondered if it may be fuel starvation of some sort but it has also happened on the flat.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Rikki
