Hi folks,
My ITG panel filter is currently sitting in a plastic bag awaiting transplantation into Scooby Doo MkII, so I thought that I would clean it. I have already been silly and run some water over it and kitchen roll but as you can imagine, that did far more harm than good! How do I clean the existing gooey stuff out of the filter and then do I need to get new gooey stuff to put back on it?
Thanks in advance,
Nick

You can get proper cleaning fluid for your particualt filter, use that. Not expensive and will do the job right.
Don't use another brand (say K&N, etc..) as not all filters are made the same and what cleans one may f*ck up another.
