Lightbulb Replacment Clutch or Uprated? Lightweight Flywheel?

Hi all...I checked out a couple of clutches on scoobyworld

Exedy Standard Clutch kit £234.99

Exedy Stage 1 Fast Road Clutch Kit £299.99

of course the fast road looks favorite but what about the flywheel is it best to replace if so standard or lightweight or even skimmed original...

anyone got any advance on what i've sourced so far and anyone got experience they can share of a lightweight flywheel and uprated clutch...

I have 96 wagon btw..

thanks for reading folks
