sticky clutch pedal
Hi
I recently had a 230mm exedy clutch and flywheel skim done and have bedded it in, however when the need arises and i give it some welly from a standing start, the clutch pedal sticks slightly and i have to kick it up but only when i give it the beans. Fine when normal driving andy ideas?

Adjust the pedal rod in the pedal box.
If you look at the pedal assembly, you will see the pedal has to rock over an excentric pin - The pedal has to be adjusted properly for the return spring to pull the pedal back to it's return stop - Self explanatory if you look at how it works
Aim for about 7 to 10mm of pedal freeplay at the top of it's movement.
