which oil for my gearbox ?

What grade oil do i refill my gearbox with im just replacing it as we speak? also has any one got any tips for removing the speed sensor out of my old box its pretty tight and dont wanna break it?

millers 75/90 think you need 4.5 ltrs

75w-90 that meets API GL5 and there are loads of good ones here 75w-90 Gear oil
