There isn't a simple yes/no answer to your question, which possibly explains the lack of one.
The long answer is that these boxes probably can endure that sort of power - but then so can the classic five speeds. The question is how long they can do it for, and what sort of abuse they can withstand while doing so (with the classics the answer is not very long and not much at all).
The newage boxes appear to be "better" than the classic shape ones (especially the 752), but you have to remember that they are still using the 754 casing - so any improvements to the internals must be relatively subtle given that Subaru can't simply increase the size of the gears and shafts.
Also can't help but wonder how much of the newage 5MT's better reputation is due to the fact that most people running big power on a bug/blob/hawk will be using the six speed box, and thus there are fewer going wrong simply because fewer of them are being pushed to their limits.
If you're looking at one of these boxes as a cheap alternative to 6MT or an aftermarket stronger gearkit, then there's probably no harm giving it a try. But, if you want something you know is going to be bulletproof at this torque level, irrespective of how you treat it, a standard 5MT box is probably not the answer.

so what is the differnce inside of the gear box for a six sped to a five speed one from the later cars 03/040/05 as I woudl not think it would be cost affective for subaru to use differnt internal on the six speed to there five speed this day and age, i now the old clasic boxes are well on there limit at this power and the differnce in price form a scrap yard is about a 1000.00 pound but that becuase every one wants the 6 speed and there charging the earth for them if you get me

Not correct. The six speed box is a totally different assembly, next to nothing in it is interchangeable with the 5MT. The gears are significantly bigger and stronger, as is the entire casing.
