Default fitting new gear box tommoro

fitting a newbox tommoro on my scoobaroony any body got any tips for me as im a virgin to it and its me doing it ???

also the cars running fine but feels like revs struggle till 3k then tere fine ?

yeah its bloody heavy and you need to know how to remove the fork arm rod from gearbox to release the thrust bearing so you can get box out !
