Default Paddle clutch!

My impreza has an asfter market paddle clutch and it judders everytime time i try to away!

Its now got to the stage where its realy getting to me, i sometimes drive in London so you can imagine my frustrations!

Im thinking about reverting back to a standard clutch, but im not sure what work is needed to do this.

Does anyone know ideas of cost and what i need to get it swapped over?

Yes paddle clutches can be a bit of a nightmare especially in traffic. Why did it have a paddle fitted in the first place, is it modded? If so you may want to look at a twin plate clutch, roughly £1000 to buy then cost of fitting.

Well im not to sure if its got engine mods.

It boosts to 12psi and holds it right thru the rev.

Its got a full decat stainess on it, and a green cotton filter, but im not sure why they would have put the clutch in.

But its my 1st scoob so not totally sure.

12psi is normal, so nothing different there...

The previouse owner may have knacked the clutch and wanted something that would last longer?

Maybe it was his old track car?
