Default are sti v3/v4 boxes generally good ?

my gearbox is pissing out oil when i boot it hard, i got a sti V3 and it also wines when its driven hard though shuts up when i dip the clutch,,, now im thinking do i get a new gearbox or rip this one out and have it looked at ???

as said the box has been fine and it gets a hard life and im known for killing boxes too, just wondering what my options could be

Your STi 3 and 4 boxes are TY752 and these are clearly not as strong as TY754 as fitted MY99 onwards.
