I have noticed a MINES(aftermarket Jap tuning company I think) plate on my ECU inidcatingits been fettled with.
Its an import 94 WRX , anyone any clues as to what this is likely to be doing to the engine , does anyone else have one fitted ?

If you go to www.mines-wave.com this is the companies web site, it is a japaneese tuning company,they have very good quilty item what u have is a 'mines VX ROM' the computer has reprogramed fuel and ignition maps but be very careful as it is tuned for 100ron fuel that they have in japan. but if u got to there web site u could email them and quote all the numbers off your computer and they could tell u what is done to it. but use plan english as there english is very limited.
